After two years of project documentation preparation, the MUNI BioPharma Hub received a legally valid building permit on 8 May 2022. It is a crucial step leading to the construction of the BioPharma Hub in Bohunice University Campus intended for the needs of the Faculty of Pharmacy and further development of the research activities of the university.
Obtaining the legally valid building permit will enable Masaryk University to launch a public tender for the general building contractor. Construction works are expected to start this summer.
With the laying of the foundation stone, the construction of the new educational infrastructure of MUNI and the new location of the Faculty of Pharmacy began.
Sunday 28 January 2024, will mark exactly 105 years since the founding of Masaryk University. The second oldest university in the Czech Republic will celebrate the anniversary with a series of events throughout the year.
